New : Six Sigma Black Belt Training in Bridgend, South Wales

20 days of Training split over 4 months.

The 20 days training assumes that the delegate is new to Six Sigma and has not already completed Green Belt Training. The Training is aimed at people who lead large strategically important projects and those looking for progression within an organisation or for that competitive edge on their CV to secure that new position. The training is in more depth compared to the Green Belt Course, with particular emphasis upon the following core principles;

• The rigorous DMAIC approach to problem solving,
• Six Sigma variation control and quality philosophy,
• Data driven decision making and statistical tools,
• Change Management, 
• Personal development.

Attendance certificates are issued at the end of the course following successful completion of the examination. Full Six Sigma Black Belt Certificates are awarded once two practical Six Sigma Black Belt projects have been completed.

The statistical software used during the training is 'Mini Tab'. There is a free 30 day trial of the software available to download from www.minitab.com/products/minitab/demo
